At Autostrophic, we take pride in providing high-quality custom car air fresheners made just for you. Since our products are personalized, all sales are final, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

1. No Returns on Custom Products

  • As each air freshener is custom-made based on your uploaded image, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was sent due to our mistake.
  • The image was not printed as per the uploaded design.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at autostrophic@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
